I. Joseph Remembers His Dreams (42:1-38)

1. Why did Jacob send 10 of Joseph's brothers to Egypt (1-5)

2. What did Joseph think of when he saw his brothers? What does this show about his faith? How did he treat them? Why? What information about themselves and their family did the divulge?

3. How did Joseph propose to prove that they were not spies? (9b-20) What confession did this treatment elicit? (21-33) Why did Joseph weep?
