* The drawing is called "The Sealling of the 144,000". It was in the "September 1522 Luther Bible", the first Bible translated into German. Luther's New Testament was published in September of 1522, with a second edition coming out in December of the same year both adorned with woodcut illustrations by Lucas Cranach.

>11. Why might there be silence in heaven? (8:1)

* Revelation 8:1 "When he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour."

* No one is there. They all went to earth following Jesus as he arrives on the Mount of Olive.

* This is during Jesus' second coming to earth with all his angels.
